The large balconies have the most breathtaking views of the glistening Intracoastal Waterway. Who wouldn’t want t to wake up with their morning beverage and have mesmerizing sunrise views.

Downstairs you will find all three bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Accommodating 8 guests you will surely find that this home can keep everyone comfortable! Bedroom #1, located on the 1st floor, street facing, offering 1 full bed, and 1 T/T bunk bed. Bedroom #2, located on the 1st floor, street facing, offering a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #3, located on the 1st floor, street facing offering a queen bed. The second full bathroom is conveniently located beside bedrooms #1 & #3.

This pool is open year round. Pool heater may be available 3/1/24-11/1/24 upon advance request only, with a pool heating fee of $400. Pool is cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
