Know Before You Book

PAYMENT: 50% of total payment due is required to secure reservation.  Remaining 50% is due no later than 45 days prior to check-in.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposit is refundable, assuming no damage is caused by guests.

RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: Tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the Premises during their occupancy beyond normal wear and tear. Each of the Agent’s managed properties requires that Tenant either: 1) pay a fee for Accidental Rental Damage Protection; or, 2) to pay a refundable Security Deposit to ensure that the Owner and/or the Tenant is protected from unintentional or accidental damages. Tenant is responsible for any damages that may exceed any limits of the Damage Protection program or Security Deposit.

THINGS TO PACK: Guests are responsible for their own bath/beach/kitchen towels, toiletries, paper products, soaps, etc. unless otherwise noted.

LESS THAN 7 NIGHT STAYS: Partial weeks may be available during non-summer seasons, or as last-minute bookings during the summer, based on availability.

INSURANCE: Vacation Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended! Refunds are not given for inclement weather. Click HERE for reasons to purchase trip insurance.

Cabana’s: Beach Cabana rentals are available upon request.

EARLY CHECK- IN: Early check-in  may be available for an additional fee.

PETS: Pets are allowed only in our properties listed as pet friendly. Dogs are only allowed if a Pet Fee has been paid and approved prior to check-in for our Pet Friendly properties. Each rental property may have specific pet fees, pet restrictions and regulations that are unique, so be sure to review the terms and conditions on each of the individual vacation rentals.
