Jabin Norris

Jabin Norris is a native to Holden Beach and is the Owner & President of PROACTIVE Vacations. PROACTIVE was founded with the purpose to raise the standard of service at Holden Beach. Jabin acts as the company's Visionary, identifying industry trends and keeping the local market on edge. Promoting continuous education, the team at PROACTIVE Vacations are members of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). Attending annual Executive Summits and growing skill sets, our team stays on top of where the industry is headed.

Jabin is known for his career rise during the Great Recession, and being ranked in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide during that time. Greg Isenhour

Greg Isenhour, born in Concord, NC, is a second generation real estate broker and general contractor. His adolescent years were spent learning custom home building from a hands-on perspective.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Asbury College and a Master’s degree from Duke University, Greg settled in Chapel Hill, NC where he spent 25-plus years in the real estate, land development and construction industries.

In 2004, Greg purchased an old beach shack in Surf City as a weekend getaway, tore it down and rebuilt new; little did he know that he had just opened up shop on Topsail. While not a part of the original plan; salt air, ocean breezes, and blue seas soon beckoned him to move to the coast full time. Greg began transitioning to the Holden Beach area in 2016 to be closer to family.

In total, including the time learning the construction trade since the age of 14, Greg brings 45+ years of experience with him to PROACTIVE. That experience encompasses managing his own companies in construction, real estate sales and property management, land development (commercial and residential), an industry educator and consultant, and owning/managing other service related companies. He is a business entrepreneur on multiple levels that is, and has been, respected and honored by his peers for his business savvy, intuition, and innovation. He is excited to be a part of the PROACTIVE team and to be a catalyst in moving the company forward as the number one property management company for the Holden Beach area.

Greg lives here in the Holden Beach area on the ICWW where he enjoys spare time on his boat, just out cruising or offshore fishing. Run if you see Greg on the golf course! When not on the water he enjoys live music venues, karaoke, travel, and playing on the tractor. Greg has a son that lives in Concord, NC with wife and grandson Ethan, and a daughter that lives in Marshall, VA with husband and granddaughters Ava and Scarlet. Not to leave out, Greg has a new four legged friend, Cooper; a goldendoodle that you may see around the office at times.

Konnor Dehmlow

As a Colorado native, Konnor grew up vacationing in the Carolinas, and in 2021 moved to Brunswick County with his wife and 2 dogs. He started his career in real estate and property management after 7 years of business ownership and management. His personalized approach and commitment to building strong relationships have earned him a loyal clientele. Through open communication and genuine care, he fosters a sense of trust and rapport with homeowners, vacationers, and local service providers. His dedication to providing exceptional service has quickly become noticed among homeowners and vacationers alike.

When not immersed into the world of real estate and property management, Konnor can be found enjoying everything the Brunswick Islands have to offer, from its award winning beaches to cruising the ICW with his family.

Brandy Lane

Hayley Fisher

Originally from Belmont, NC, Hayley moved to Holden Beach in 2020 and has been working in the Vacation Rental Industry here since 2021. As a Property Coordinator and Real Estate Broker at Proactive, where she started in 2024, Hayley specializes in managing vacation properties. With a business degree earned in 2022 and a real estate license obtained in 2023, Hayley combines a strong educational foundation with hands-on experience in the local market. In the role of Property Coordinator, Hayley works closely with homeowners to ensure their properties are well-maintained and efficiently managed. Additionally, Hayley builds strong relationships with guests, focusing on delivering a positive and memorable vacation experience. The aim is to provide high-quality service for both property owners and guests while maintaining high standards across the board.

Kayle Holden

Kayle Holden is the property coordinator, joining our team in August of 2021. Kayle brings her knowledge and prior experience in the Vacation Rental business to the team. She is a native to the Holden Beach area, having grown up along the Intracoastal Waterway. Kayle enjoys beach life with her boyfriend, Chris, daughter, Hadlee, and her beloved furbabies; 4 dogs and 3 cats.

Lauren Williard

Lauren is a North Carolina native originally from the small town of Yadkinville, NC. In December of 2020, she decided to make the move to Holden Beach shortly after her parents moved to Holden in November of that same year. She has been working in vacation rentals since 2021 and began working for PROACTIVE Vacations in October of 2023 originally as a reservationist before moving to her current role as property coordinator. Lauren majored in interior design at East Carolina University and is always finding new ways to change up her space. In her free time, she loves walking the beach with her two dogs Marley and Beesly or taking her Jeep to the 4X4 beach access at Fisher State Park.

Nikki Daley

Nikki started as a housekeeper with PROACTIVE Vacations and soon became an invaluable employee. She works as a property coordinator helping both owners and guests with all aspects of their properties and stays. She comes with over 15 years of experience cleaning on Brunswick County Beaches. In her spare time, she loves gardening (including pollenating hibiscus flowers to create custom colors!), spending time with her husband, 4 children, grandson, and her fur baby Molly. (Molly's the favorite - just don't tell the others!)

Mary Jones

Mary Jones has traveled from Maryland to Florida and now resides in Coastal Brunswick County. She has been in the travel industry for over 25 years. She brings many years of customer service experience with her to PROACTIVE Vacations. Her favorite vacations are front and center with an ocean view, spent with as many friends and family members that can make the journey happen.

Nancy Toler

Nancy started with PROACTIVE Vacations in June of 2023 in our Accounting Dept. She moved to the Holden Beach area in 2011 from West Virginia.

Nancy has worked in accounting for over 40 years and enjoys the challenge it brings. In her spare time, she loves working in her yard and outdoors, taking walks, reading, and of course the beach and all of its beauty.

Chris Hill

Chris, originally from Durham, NC, has been with PROACTIVE Vacations since 2015. Chris has worked in commercial and residential maintenance for the last 26 years maintaining buildings running up to 1,000,000 sq ft. and 350+ apartment complexes. Property maintenance is his passion. In his spare time he enjoys spending time on the beach and hanging out with his son and his two fur children, Envy & Kilo. Chris is passionate about staying healthy and spends plenty of his time in the gym. Chris is a huge University of North Carolina fan and takes every opportunity to catch as many games as he can. Go Heels!

Jordan Jaco

Jordan is originally from Johnstown, PA. He moved to the Holden Beach area in 2019 and started working with PROACTIVE in 2020. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time at the beach rather than shoveling snow!

Campbell Alspaugh

Tina Martin

Tina grew up all over the world as a military brat, but always felt most at home close to the water. She fell in love with the Holden Beach area on vacation and moved here permanently in 2013. With a background in customer service, and graphic & web design, she brings a wide range of skills to the PROACTIVE team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, kayaking and of course, days at the beach.

Yarit Reta-Galicia

Yarit is a marketing assistant with experience creating designs and content, developed during her time in college. New to Holden Beach, she’s enjoying exploring the area’s natural beauty and discovering something new every day. In her free time, Yarit enjoys crafting, hunting for unique finds in antique and thrift stores, or unwinding with a peaceful walk along the beach and nearby trails.
